AMRI – All Hallows Trust Event, Becoming a Synodal Church, 1 May 10.00-16.00

For the Attention of AMRI Members

This event offers a unique opportunity for us, members of AMRI religious congregations, missionary societies, lay mission committee and associated groups, to bring our wisdom and our passion for a ‘synodal’ church to the table of the next session of the Synodal Assembly in Rome in October 2024, and into the ongoing Irish Synodal Pathway.

Please see attached also a detailed description of the event. Detailed Description of AMRI AHT Synodal Event – 1 May 2024 FINAL

  • We are now asking you to circulate the information to all your members inviting them to consider participating.
  • Please encourage any of them who could make a contribution from his/her experience and reflection to send summary notes, to reach us at leadership@amri.ie not later than Tuesday 2 April. These will be very helpful in preparing the AMRI submission.
  • We are also particularly keen to locate panellists who will offer brief presentations on the day as conversation starters for each of the three themes.

Your assistance and collaboration will be greatly appreciated.
