Pastoral Care Symposium
Bon Secours Health System are launching their inaugural Pastoral Care Symposium, which takes place on Thursday June 29th 2023 in Croke Park.
The aim of this event is to provide a deeper understanding of what the service of pastoral care is – a holistic approach to care that caters for patients and residents not just physically, but also emotionally and spiritually.
While the event is aimed at those working in pastoral care roles, it is also of value to those working with pastoral care services e.g. nursing, management, clinicians etc, in providing an opportunity for them to reflect on the service and how to best utilise it as part of a holistic care offering.
