It’s been a busy Autumn with day courses, evening meditation and social nights (movie nights and song circles), so we look forward to a calm winter ahead.
We are delighted to begin hosting residential retreats again in Spanish Point after a break.
From January 2023 we will be offering 3-day, 4-day and 8-day retreat opportunities across the calendar year for all. Many groups are also booking the house for self catering retreats of their own too.
Advent: A special one day retreat with Aileen Murphy, RLR and member of the Manresa team will be offeed on Saturday, December 3rd from 10 – 4pm. The theme ‘Finding our way in Advent’
January and February will offer weekends with themes of Anam Ashram (Meditation and Movement), Creative Writing and Centering Prayer. Each weekend will have only 10 – 15 participants to make sure it’s a gentle, personal experience for all.
